This hotel is a hidden gem in the center of Germany's literature capital. The location is perfect, close to everything and just a short walk from the train station. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are kept very clean and the basic amenities are all provided. And let's not forget about the breakfast served, it's delicious and offers a wide variety of options to start your day off right.

Front staff was excellent. Owner was very nice and helpful. We met him at the restaurant (through his dog "Teddy") and he asked if we needed help or any translation of the menu or directions in the city. He made us feel very welcome. I enjoyed being greeted by "Teddy" the yellow lab. Rooms are big and very clean. It's a very relaxing place. We would stay again. Thank you!
The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of town. A little bit of a walk from the train station, but bus service is excellent.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The double bed was one mattress rather than the common two put together. Great location for walking around Weimar.
Wireless access could have been made simpler. There was only one login per card.
